Intro to Permaculture Workshop - November 2024

from £0.00

Join us at the Margaret Wright Community Orchard as we introduce you to the world permaculture. We'll be conducting a couple of practical exercises as we get to grips with the implementation of permaculture principles, and discussing how our spaces can be redesigned with permaculture in mind.

Date: 2nd November

Time: 1pm until 5pm

Location: Margaret Wright Community Orchard, Whitehill Road, CB5 8LZ ///bath.mixer.sleep

Concessions pricing is available for those who are disabled or on low incomes, as well as pay-it-forward pricing for those who would like to contribute towards the cost of a concessions ticket. The nearest toilet is a compost toilet at the allotments adjacent to the orchard, and a public bathroom at the nearby swimming pool. There will be a 20 minute break in the middle of the session for tea. Please bring warm clothes as while there will be some movement this session will take place entirely outside.

This workshop has been organised in cooperation with Abbey People and the AP allotment team, and as such residents of Abbey are invited to attend free of charge.
